Clinical interpretation of ACMC
Posted onWe have previously reported the output from ACMC in logits, and given a suggestion for clinical interpretation of the results based on that. Consequently, when changing from logits to a 0-100 scale this also needs to be changed. In this table you can see how to interpretate the results in both logits and ACMC units.
Interpretation – patient is: | logits | ACMC units |
Non-capable | less than -2.19 | less than 37.2 |
Somewhat capable | -2.19 – 0.00 | 37.2 – 46.6 |
Generally capable | 0.01- 2.19 | 46.7 – 57.1 |
Extremely capable | 2.20 or higher | 57.2 or higher |
